There’ll be a flurry of promotional events for Uncle George and Me the weekend of Oct. 5-7.
On Friday, Oct. 5, I’ll discuss my new book with host Barbara Hamm Lee on her weekly talk show Another View on Norfolk public radio station WHRV, 89.5 FM, from noon to 1 p.m. Afterward, the audio will be accessible online from the show’s archive.
Saturday, Oct. 6, I’ll be one of 50 authors selling and signing books at the Williamsburg Book Festival in the Stryker Center, 412 N. Boundary St., from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
And Sunday, Oct. 7, I’ll have a book-signing table at the William and Mary bookstore, 345 Duke of Gloucester St., Williamsburg, 2-6 p.m.
